This business has gone downhill fast. This past tax season, after giving them my new address several times, they mailed my confidential tax paperwork with sensitive personal information to the wrong address. After informing them once again of my new address, they mailed the paperwork to my correct address.

However, the original paperwork that they mailed to the wrong address still has not been returned to their office months later. By now, it is either lost or has been stolen. Unfortunately, because of the incompetence and ignorance of this company, there is nothing I can do but wait to see if my identity is stolen. On top of that, they refuse to acknowledge their fault in this and furthermore refuse to pay for a 1 year credit monitoring service for me to compensate for their mistake.

DO NOT use this company. They DO NOT care about their clients. My story, unfortunately, is a perfect example.

I have had no problems with GLM - yes during tax season they are extremely busy and calls may not be returned immediately But they do call, they follow-up, they are courteous and professional and we have been working with them for about 20 years or more now. I’m sorry others have experienced difficulties but thought I would share our experience.

Been using GLM for over 30 years, my Mom even saved the Company from burning down years ago because she came into work and one of the back offices was in flames. And now they refuse to see us in person. Sorry, our taxes are too complicated to just send in documents and wait for a phone call when they are done. I could use Turbo Tax if it was that easy. I work in retail and am exposed to the Public every day. COVID should not be an excuse not to provide quality services to valued customers. Very disappointed....

They failed to file my late mother's taxes last year. She was a long time client and I sent them her info. They did not apologize or give a reason for not filing.

My husband have been doing his book keeping with the original founder Gerry since the 1960's. Gerry passed a few years ago and Ronald Magee took over for him. My husband trusted them with his financial affairs along with his Will and Family Trust. He named Ronald W. Magee as executor of our trust. My husband stated there was money and properties in our family trust and stated that Ron would automatically file his last will and testament along with the transfer of monies and properties in the trust to ME who happens to be 100% beneficiary of both will and TRUST
Well, my husband passed away on Easter Sunday of 2017, as per my husband's orders I called Ron to let him know of my husband's passing. Well it has been over 2 years and 2 months since my husband Lewis. R. Baughman passed and after countless calls & emails I have NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. He has yet to file anything in any court and has not given me a single dollar of what is legally mine.

I have been going to GLM for over 25 years. I always felt secure knowing I had Gerry to answer any questions I had. After Gerry sadly passed away , I was I introduced to Amber and his daughter had continued to do work for me and my family. I thank your company for the work you continue to do for my family.

Do not use this firm. There are plenty of other accountants around. They still won’t see their clients in the office, they want all your finances dropped through the slot in the door, then you don’t hear from them for weeks. Voicemails don’t get a response, emails never get answered. I seriously don’t know how they stay in business.

i did made appointment 4 weeks ago, per their request, for tomorrow. Today, one day before my scheduled appointment, they call me and, and tell me I was double booked.... Halo, it is April.. Stay away from this place...
