I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Adams Electric, and I feel compelled to share my story so others can be aware of.

Over the past few months, Adams Electric has failed to complete electrical work that was promised, left my home in disarray, and charged outrageous fees for unresolved issues—including a $540 bill for a toilet that still doesn’t work after three visits.

I personally went to their office in tears, asking for help, and my concerns were completely ignored. I have sent multiple requests for resolution, yet I have received no accountability or action from their leadership. As a company that claims to be faith-based and community-driven, their lack of integrity is deeply disappointing.

I will be pursuing every possible avenue to get the resolution I deserve, including reporting them to consumer protection agencies and escalating this issue publicly if needed. I sincerely hope Adams Electric chooses to do the right thing and take responsibility for their actions.

Had fluctuating current in the house. Shorted out oven, lights would dim, go out momentarily or brighten more than normal. Wasn’t sure whether the problem was coming to or inside the house. Called Adam’s and they sent a remarkable technician Andrew R. Personable, professional and thorough. He checked the box and outlets and determined that the issue was coming to the house. Andrew gave me the number to call We Energies and Andrew talked to their support to communicate the issues and confirm that one of their techs was coming to check it out.
The next day ( Saturday ), Andrew called ( on his own accord), to follow up how we were doing, if the tech had come out & what they determined. Truly appreciated and outstanding. What a courtesy, personal and professional. Andrew R. Is welcome in our house anytime and I hope he is the technician who comes out for service.
Andrew R. also communicated the services I am looking to have done to their estimating team ( who I am waiting to hear from ).
If Andrew R. is indicative of all the team members Adams’s employs then I a looking forward to trusting them for our electrical needs and will try their other services too.
Invoice was sent via email with easy instructions for payment. Start to finish, the communication with Adam’s was clear, the reps were concerned with our situation and responsive. Thank you Adam’s and especially Andrew R.

Chad and Elijah were great. Showed up to not the easiest of situations and made it happen and were in and out. Adams was great to work with from when I initially called for quote, the scheduling, all the way through installation. 10/10 would hire them again!

The men who installed my generator were pleasant and efficient. The only Oops was the electrician forgot to reset the dryer breaker. When I called the next day they were willing to reset it right away. But my daughter was here and did it for me.

It's nice to go to sleep not worrying about wind advisories!
