This place only offers fake jobs and fake interviews do not trust them I'm not even sure this company is real I've applied to 10 different positions got three interviews nothing happened. I'm not sure why it's still illegal to play games with people's jobs and opportunities... shame on you people!

A Recruiter from Swoon Staffing reached out to me via text and asked if I was interested in a position and if so, when would be a good time to chat. I mentioned 15 minutes would be great. I received the response that she was not available at that time but would contact me after her meeting. I said that would be fine. She never did. I find it very disrespectful when Recruiters reach out to people and then drop them. As a Recruiter myself, I never communicate so irresponsibly with people like that. As a Recruiter, you are the face of the company you work for, and for the clients you represent. In this case, Swoon Staffing appears to be unprofessional and an extreme let down. It’s too bad Caterpillar has this staffing represent them.

Despite being in different time zones, Hannah has been a great communicator and followed up multiple times in the process. She has done a great job in addressing any concerns I had and has made this the most comfortable experience I've had working with a recruiter! I have an extensive experience providing customer service, I am familiar with what good service is! My experience with Jeffrey made me impress with Swoon as a company! Starting with the first interaction, he was able to capture all the important details and were added to the resume that was presented to United that really targeted what they are looking for. He inquired about every aspect and related experiences I may have to show how I am fit for the position. I also know that he did not try to force the fit as there was another PC position in the same pay range that had a longer contractual duration that I was more interested in but he made sure if it was a fit. Jeff and team also suggested and provided some questions to ask the interviewer and had tips and examples on how to provide scenarios when asked. This is my first time being prepped by a recruiter, it validated the best practices that I already follow and learned new ones. I feel that the interview went well regardless of how it turns out.
