First, the price for what they did vs the actual work that appears to have been done is astronomical. You can start your own "environmental" company for what they charge, and that is no exaggeration. They are more of a general contractor than an all inclusive company. They are basically piecing together a hodgepodge of services from other contractors to get the work done.

We had a problem with asbestos in our house and this company came out to do testing of the materials. When they were out here they said it most likely contains asbestos and they will have to "turn off the HVAC blower" to stop it from distributing throughout the house, which is fine. The person taking the samples unplugged a cord going to the HVAC unit and said it was done - fine. Well a few weeks later and our basement is partially flooded. I called and they said "the notes say he could not find the HVAC switch" so he didn't do anything, which is a lie. I was standing next to him when he unplugged it and said to keep it unplugged to keep the blower off. Turns out that plug actually went to a condensation pump, which obviously stopped pumping. Now that we are back in the house running our HVAC system, the basement has partially flooded.

To make matters worse, when they "cleaned" our belongings, they dumped out board games, crammed comic books back into bookshelves damaging sleeves and corners, and for some reason put cardboard boxes on the ground instead of on top of plastic totes. You can see where this is going. We called them about this and once again, despite taking pictures before they started, no one had pictures of the stuff that was damaged, and no one took responsibility. Well because they put the cardboard on the ground that all has water damage. So two things their incompetence led to. They caused significantly more damage than they fixed by painting over some non-friable asbestos material.

They said they have no responsibility to any of this and just kept offering to have a team come out to "make it right" which makes no sense. Are the teams going to take us shopping to replace the property they damaged? Are they going to remove the drywall that is soaked and replace it? What about the studs and the trim that are saturated?

There are better companies out there. Don't trust Boston. They will damage your property and lie about it.
