I had Cox Environmental out to our home in Owasso to inspect for mold after we had work performed on our house due to a pipe that had cracked due to the cold. I contacted the office, Stacy was very easy to schedule with and Jim came out the following week to perform the inspection. Jim was very easy to work with and for me a big plus was he isn’t incentivized by having a remediation company on the side that can perform work as needed. He provided his expert opinion based on the tested sample, along with provided the analysis report of the sample taken. If needed in the future I would gladly have and recommend Cox Environmental to anyone needing a mold inspection/testing.

Cox Environmental is the VERY BEST at what they do! Jim is so wonderful to work with and has a great deal of knowledge about his field of work. He helped me tremendously with a mold problem I had. He was always on time or early for his scheduled appointments and had great communication, especially when it came to lab results from the tests. He even helped me resolve a billing issue I had with the remediation company. I was so grateful that he took the time to explain things to help me better understand the process! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing air quality testing! Jim is the guy for the job!

Jim was very kind and efficient with his test being in and out of my home in less than 10 minutes. The air test came back showing no elevated levels of mold and I was advised there were no mold issues in my home. After further research, it was recommended to be by mold professionals to do an ERMI test as I am having extreme health issues that match toxic mold exposure. I did an ERMI test as well as a blood test which both confirmed exposure to toxic mold from water damage in my home and high levels of mold in my body which has caused Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome, a major hormonal imbalance, chronic fatigue, hypothyroidism, etc. My doctor advised me to move out of my home ASAP and start a mold detox protocol. 2 stars because Cox Environmental was kind and professional to work with, however their air test did not pick up the mold and if I had relied on their assessment, I would’ve continued to live in toxic mold without answers to the health issues I’ve been experiencing for over a year and I do feel that I wasted almost $300 by electing to do the air test. I highly recommend an ERMI test to anyone looking to test for mold in their home.
