This company was so great to work with. I called to schedule an inspection for a damp smell in our basement just for peace of mind. Kate was incredibly helpful in answering my questions during the scheduling process and Steve was so knowledgeable during the inspection process. They were upfront and honest with pricing and the best news of all was nothing was found. I was worried that maybe they’d always want to find something due to the nature of their job and possible financial gains but after working with them, that was clearly not the case. If I ever suspect problems in the future, I’ll definitely be giving them a call! Thanks again for the great customer service and integrity that can be difficult to find these days!

To say that I was blown away by the quality and comprehensiveness of David's work would be an absolute understatement. Not only did he write a very detailed report on his findings (28 pages long!) with very clear photos and explicit instructions for the mold removal company on exactly how to treat each area of mold, but he also even took an extra half hour after completing the inspection to sit down and talk with my Dad and I to make sure we completely understood the situation and to fully explain exactly what was going on which we appreciated tremendously. You could tell he has been doing this for many, many years and is a certified professional with all the degrees. Their pricing is amazingly affordable too. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Totally wowed by these guys!!!

They did a thorough mold inspection that took approximately 4 hours. looking inside and out of our home. They provided a 50 page report with pictures of all issues. I would always recommend using a company that DOES NOT do remediation to inspect. We had a local company "find" 1 issue and miss EVERYTHING else that AMEI found. We had our home remediated by Pat Butler's Serve Pro. The owner of AMEI came out to make sure it was done correctly and then helped us understand how to fix the issue based on what other homes had successfully used. We re so thankful for their help!
