Green Environmental charged me double for expedited delivery of test results, but when the results were not produced in the time promised, they refused to give me a refund. They also did not test the floors in the first inspection, but then they did test the floors in the final inspection and one failed requiring more cleaning and a re-inspection, which seemed to me to be a bait-and-switch. There was no way to prove that whatever lead dust was on the floors after the abatement was not there before the abatement and could have been addressed the first time. The whole thing felt like a scam to me, a set of requirements and contractors designed to take money out of my pocket in put into theirs for questionable benefits.

Rodney called promptly after I place a Home Advisor lead paint inspection work request. He communicated clearly and completely. I hired him and he set the date for the work. This morning he called to report that he would be 20 minutes late due to an accident on 495. He called as soon as the GPS informed him of the delay which allowed me to adjust my schedule. I really appreciate that sort of timely communication. Upon arrival he reviewed his process and got right to work. He was thorough and efficient, taking about 45 minutes to check every section of my 1700 square foot house. He then explained the steps I had to take to file with the county and made sure I was completely satisfied. He was pleasant at all times and courteous with my tenants. A fine professional and I would highly recommend him.
