I had a great experience with Shaun. He came out and inspected my oven and gave me honest feedback about the issue and how it can be fixed. He was very courteous and helpful. He was also willing to change his work load on the day he was scheduled to see my oven due to me having other obligations in the morning which was a huge plus. Hands down, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Called because my washer was leaking. Shaun came and immediately diagnosed the problem as a faulty valve. It had to be ordered but as soon as it came in he installed it. Super friendly and very competent. It was such a positive experience working with him and All American Appliance Repair. Highly recommend them.
