Goodberlet has gone above and beyond to help us out and set us up with a new furnace. Our old furnace broke on what was the coldest night of the year and Jason from from Goodberlet came when many other companies wouldn't. He was patient and diagnosed the issue taking the time to explain everything to me. As suspected, I needed a new furnace and Goodberlet was there the following day to install it! Jason was able to give me temporary heat which was fantastic. The installers were clean, polite and did a great job. It was done in a few hours and the old furnace was carted off by them. Now, several weeks later, Goodberlet contacted me to offer a free quality assurance inspection which was done by Jason as well. He is very trustworthy and knowledgable. I highly recommend this company and be sure to ask for Jason!

Anthony called 20 minutes before to arrival, window time 10-2, arrived at 1030 which was great. Offered immediately to put protective shoe coverings on, very thorough, inspected all components of boiler, pipes, changed batteries in thermostat, vacuumed bottom and areas around burners. Very satisfied with service call! Would definitely recommend them.

Service was prompt and excellent, but an itemized receipt for services was not available. The price was high for the services rendered, in my opinion. Would have been nice to see an itemized receipt, instead of being told services are based on a flat rate. Also, how can you honor a warranty without an itemized receipt? Goodberlet should be more up front with the aforementioned issues.

Our dryer vent was long overdue for a cleaning. He was thorough with cleaning it out. He showed us what he did, then cleaned everything up to look like it did before he came. Great job.

We had a 17-year-old furnace & ac. The heat exchanger was going bad on the furnace and then it started to make rattling noises. We have been using GOODBERLET since we moved into the house five years ago. The installed this new furnace and ac unit, Lennox brand. The installers were professional and courteous. The also cleaned up the work area nicely before they left. The finished by the end of the day as they promised. The price was reasonable. This comes with a 10-year warranty which is nice!

Another employee, Jason, came out a few weeks afterwards to make sure everything was working and that I understood the system and how to work the programmable thermostat. We are really happy with the product and with the installation!

Of course my furnace decided to fail on New Year's Day. I tried to find service but it was call after call and nothing. I called Goodberlet and they managed to fit me in to get the heat back on. Upon inspection the furnace needed to be replaced. They quoted me a reasonable price and scheduled a replacement. Monday they came and replaced it and had it fully running well within the quoted time frame. I highly recommed Goodberlet and will be calling them for future service on all my properties.
