whoever owns this building should be ashamed of themselves. I was just visiting for the first time and was forced to get into an elevator that wasn’t even working correctly AT ALL. didn’t go to the right floor, went up and down randomly, shuddered and didn’t open the door etc. SHAMEFUL. God forbid there’s a fire in this building or a resident has a medical emergency. going thru these reviews it looks like the elevator has been an issue for YEARS so how the hell has this not been properly addressed yet? and it doesn’t matter if it’s low income housing — residents seemed friendly and nice to each other and certainly DESERVE BETTER. absolutely unacceptable

Residents are very friendly. Some of the people that live here, unappreciated, don't look at the potential and the benefit. It have been a blessing to me. Have terminal come in once a month some people having problems with bugs,because they don't keep they apartment clean,this make at bad for the one who try to keep they apartment clean.

So I had to do someone's belongs off to them and they stated they received a violation. That's truly sad if that is true. I left her things there for safety Durbin a pandemic.

It's a beautiful place they really care about peoples that lives here the place is clean got to computer room exercise room beautiful laundry room I come by check out the place and see what you think about it but me myself I give it 5 stars

Bed Bugs , Potholes in parking lot, Building built in 1975 , Cracks in walls where bugs can come into Apartments , so on so forth , to name a few . A real joke.
