I too contacted them in the spring and waited what seemed like forever until today. Howard (sales/owner) warned me of the raw material problems as well as the labor to make the components. It was well worth the wait. Had my patio cover installed by two of the nicest guys you could want to do the job. Both extremely dedicated to perfection as well as professionalism. When they finished up you would not have known they were even here. Total clean up as well as final inspection to make sure all was well. Howard told me he had the best crew possible to do this work and he was not kidding. Overall a very pleasant experience which has left me 100% satisfied.

Beautiful sun room added to the back of our house. We went through the winter months with no leakage and now open the windows and door to let the Spring breezes through. Neighbors are impressed and one said she would like to have the same thing for their house. Another added their own covered patio area after seeing what we have. Steve and his assistant were excellent craftsmen, worked efficiently and fast and cleaned up the area of debris. We had to wait longer than expected for our start date but it was worth it! Howard returned our calls and kept on top of things when we had questions.

Don't waste your time with Howard coming for an estimate. He will expressly but round-a-boutishly circumvent the courtesy of giving you an actual dollar 'estimate' that includes measurements and product variations. He will 'quote' 50-60K from memory of past jobs regardless of the size of room you have or what style or set up you choose. He will then say it is b/n $175 - $225/sq foot ... which for my 200 sq ft sunroom does not even roughly equate. He will then suggest a second mortgage to pay for a sunroom that is going to cost 1/4 of the price of a home lol! Once you tell him that is ridiculous and not an option - he will continue to go on with pictures on his iPad and refer to customers stopping him in the grocery store to tell him how much they love their sunrooms. He will come, waste your time, leave, and you will still have no idea what it will cost to redo your sunroom.

We signed a contract for a new sunroom in march(19 weeks ago). Original agreement was it would take them 12 to 14 weeks to build the room. They are excellent at sales. Made first 1/3 of payment immediately and 2nd third a month ago when concrete was poured. For over a month now we keep getting told we are the next project and they'll start in two weeks. Calls and messages are rarely(1out of 10)responded to and no concrete dates or plans are given by this company.... UPDATE 7/25/18: Finally received an update. Looks like install next week due to delays from manufacturer. Will update after install done.
