Came in to drop off a package. Turns out, they don't do FedEx.

I was given some options in the area for dropping off a FedEx package and the gentlemen(Spencer) helping me noticed I had not finished taping and labeling my package yet so he offered to take care of it "while I was there".

This may seem small to some people, but to me was a huge gesture from someone showing pride in customer service and taking care of people in his community whether they were paying at that moment or not. Well done.

I went in with a UPS return from Amazon. I just didn't know how to do the label right. The guy working literally walked me thru every button to push on the app for it to send him the label to be printed. Im not tech savvy so this was a really big deal for me with being helpful and going out of his way. Now that is customer service. Definitely 5 stars!!! Thank you!!!

Jack of all trades! Well just about. Always Helpful, nice, and professional. You can fax,copy,send, and return items here. They print business cards, programs, invitations and flyers plus more. They Offer free School mascot notepads to customers too! How nice!
