I cannot say enough good things about P&P. From the first call with Erika, then a call back from Chuck(one of the owners), the process was very smooth. Had Chief/Bauer out the day before and spent $165 to basically try to sell me a furnace a/c combo at a price that was ridiculous. Chuck came out within an hour of calling him to give me a free quote. Had three options to go with with both companies, but I felt Chuck was honest about price on repair, replace Furnace, or replace both furnace a/c. Out four days later and I have a brand new furnace, a tuned up a/c and running like a charm. Everyone at this company is so nice. I will definitely recommend them. Their prices would be hard to beat! Very satisfied customer.

P&P came highly recommended from a trusted contractor and they did not disappoint. They installed a new compressor and a new air handler and so far we have been very happy with the results. At one point, a misunderstanding occurred and Kaula and Steve were quick to validate my communication needs and responded with a helpful compromise. The way they both handled it gave me confidence in this company and has earned them a loyal customer. Overall, they were great to communicate with, they were thorough and extremely considerate of my family’s needs.

Steve was very friendly and patient. He came to the house the same day and took care both my furnace and air unit. He even took the time to answer all my questions and showed me how to change my own filter. The service was fast and the price was very affordable. I will definitely be using P&P from now on.

I have used P&P for about 10 years. P&P is excellent. I have had a service contract for the duration of the time. The service contract is well worth the money and peace of mind. I have an older furnace and air conditioning system. I have had major and minor problems. Loss of heat during the winter and loss of air conditioning during the summer. P&P has been able service my system the same day and has always had the parts on hand. P&P has been able to solve any problems I have had. The staff has all ways been professional. I am a very happy customer.

I may have gotten lucky on the timing, but I called on a Friday morning and they sent a technician within an hour. I have an older unit that is at the end of its life cycle, so we talked about repair vs replacement. The technician provided good information without any sales pressure. We decided to diagnose the system first and he was able to get it up to speed at a reasonable cost. I will definitely call P&P when it's time to get a quote on a new unit.

Been using P&P services for 17 years and been having a positive experience every time. Today they sold me and installed a new thermostat and quoted me a price. Afterwards, doing a little research, I found the same thermostat for a price the offered at first which was $40 cheaper. If you use this company, double check prices.

PNP is one of the best companies that I have worked with in a long time Steve and everybody else was just really friendly and I've always liked and respected Chuck. thank you very much for the service.Our air conditioner is working great thanks again. And Craig is a terrific service man we really liked him and his work.
