Last summer we were having an issue with our AC. We used another company, and they were obnoxiously priced, and did nothing to resolve the issue. I asked some local friends and family, and got a recommendation for Air Technicians. What a fantastic recommendation! They responded quickly and resolved that issue, and won our business over. We had them out today to address a furnace issue. Gus tuned everything up and informed us of the issue. He also helped with our thermostat and humidifier. The level professionalism and knowledge from everyone at this company is top notch. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in their service area. You will not regret it.

I definitely give Air Technicians a 10. Everyone was so easy to work with. They all took the time to explain things & answer all of my questions. They were prompt, efficient & respectful. Of course my heat goes out on the coldest day of the year at 2:30am. Searched Google for who to call, came across Air Technicians Inc, reviews were great, so I gave them a call at 3am. No joke they called me back in 10 mins, I was beyond impressed. I told them what was going on, he advised me from a finical stand point if i could hold off till 8:30am, he would have someone there to look at my furnace. At 8am on the dot, Bob showed up, came in, I reviewed my issues and he went to work. As Bob was working he had no issues talking to me about the unit I have, the age (it's was really old) and what my options were for the future. With in 20 minutes Bob had the issue figured out and as we waited to confirm that was indeed the issue, He discussed the options of replacing the unit and the long term benefits of a new furnace. Bob took all the time I needed to understand what's out there on the market today and what would be beneficial for my home. He explained he would come back next week and go over more in-depth what would be best for our house for the future. This company is honest and trustworthy, highly suggest them for any of your HVAC needs.

Bob from Airtech is a gem. Solved our humidification problem on an expedited basis and was relentless until he got it right. We've been with Bruce, AirTech, etal. for 35 years now. With any luck (on both ends) you'll be servicing our HVAC for another 35.
