Only because zero won't open the window. It took less than 10 minutes to complete the assessment of my computer, and generate the cost for replacement. Payment in advance, of course. Replacement to be ordered when the check cleared. It took 3 weeks to get the computer. And it was not a touch screen like the one I had. Give them a pass.

Worst service I've ever had, bar none. I was told my refurbished computer needed a new hard drive and I would have it back within 2 weeks. About 3 weeks later I started calling. I was told 2 times to meet him at specific times. He did not show or let me know he was relayed. I certainly texted him for updates and he was in traffic or some other excuse. When the computer was delivered he a sigh in attached to an email and phone number that was not mine. On top of that the computer crashed every 5 to 10 minutes ( as it had before being fixed. I reached out and promises to call me back never occurred. A waste of money. Stay away!@

My PC would not open digital photos (DSC or jpg) or Word files. I scheduled an on site visit, Karthik kept me informed and arrived at the scheduled time. He sat down and worked magic with the keyboard, then the PC started to work properly. I am thrilled with his knowledge and very glad he is willing to come to the problem PC.

The first time I took my iPad out of the case to wipe it down, the screen slid off and cracked when I put it back in the case. I have to press on the screen a little but to slide it into the type of case we have and the glass slid off the iPad. I texted him what happened and saying I was extremely disappointed and he texted back “did you drop it?” Which I very clearly stated no. I should be able to pop my iPad in and out of its case without the glass screen sliding off. I never had this issue before the screen was replaced. Beyond disappointed in the quality as well as the customer service.

Made my PC build so much easier!! I purchased all new parts for my PC and after I installed it, PC wouldn't start up anymore. After a week I called here and a guy came out in about 15min he found the problem I had seated something incorrectly and boom it was up and going they stayed a bit extra to make sure each part was running and intended. Will call again for any of my PC repairs.

To sum it up,
I had to have 2 computers repaired in June 2022. Apparently one was too old for him to fix even though he said he could. Now he tells me it will cost $1-2K to fix it and then it is only a maybe.The other was rebuilt but he did not listen to me saying it needed to be 32bit to run my laser engraver he made it 64 bit. he could not get it to work and said he would figure it out. It is coming up on Jan. 2023 and I still have no computer to run my laser and no contact from him at all. I have lost all of my business, paid a lot of money and still have nothing. He promised me a refund, but that has not happened either.
All i can say is it is the worst computer repair experience I have ever had. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Guy who came out lacked computer knowledge, waste of $75. A rep from another company set everything up with same equipment on hand.
