Sold a machine that was leaking internally from the beginning damage that couldn't have been done by me or the person who installed it just garbage parts that were poorly connected that they expect me to fix, machine leaks water, support just says figure it out and they'll mail me the parts.

I've only owned this machine a little over a year and it has only had light use. I was sold a poorly put together machine.

Other stores which have bought the machine and used it for many years did not have the same problem that I did. My machine was just poorly put together and they don't want to take responsibility to fix it .

Every good manufacturer has made a piece or two of equipment that doesn't hold up. That said, I have been working on Fetco for over ten years, and have been in the specialty coffee industry for over 25 years. Fetco is by far the best brewing equipment made. Period. Other companies may come close, but none exceed the value and durability of these machines. I have a few in service that, given a thorough cleaning, would function and look virtually new after 15 years of use.

Spent thousands on two water dispensers - both of which broke within two years. I have called Fetco numerous times, and every time I am promised warranty service ("someone will come fix it", etc.) but no one ever comes. Will definitely try to avoid Fetco products in the future.

Fetco is one of if not the leading manufacturer of commercial coffee and tea brewers. Their focus on their particular sector of the market has allowed them to rapidly respond to feedback and adapt to the industry.

Truly one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. So bad, that the company entirely doesn’t respond to my emails. I have never written a poor review on Google but this company simply deserves it. Worst part of it is that is that they just don’t care. Waited two months for a machine to be made…shipped it to someone else and told me I have to wait again. Their attitude and lack of service is a crime to the coffee business. Buyers Beware. Can’t comment on hardware because I never received it.

FETCO is by far the worst company to work with. Not only do their new brewers have a long list of faulty parts their customer service is terrible. I would not, under any circumstance, buy a FETCO brewer.

Which is unfortunate, because prior to their XTS series they had a reputation for quality. Now it's just crap.
