AHS hired a different company to install a new furnace (Lenox)after my motor stopped working on my previous one. Everyday for a month afterwards there existed a terrible sleep-disturbing knocking sound. They sent the original installers to assess the problem. I was told the knocking was due to expansion of the air ducts and there wasn’t anything they could do. I didn’t have this sound with my original furnace. After much persistence, AHS finally sent Sash from JT services to investigate the problem. Sash and his boss (who he called on the phone) finally figured out that the above screw was erroneously placed in the motor blower; once removed, the knocking noises disappeared!! I am so pleased that they were able to fix the issue.

Mykhailo was awesome. Very conscientious , careful and meticulous.
He swiftly and confidently repaired our double oven. Not only were the upper and lower (baking) heating elements broken, but the computer board needed repair due to failed relays. It was removed, sent out for repair and reinstalled. Works perfectly.
Highly recommend this business and technician.

I highly recommend J.T. Services. My oven stopped heating up so I called J.T. Services on Monday and Vitali came at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday and by 12:00 p.m. my oven was heating up again. He was very professional, informative, and explained everything thoroughly. I would definitely call them again, if I have an another appliance problem. Thank you for your excellent service!

Tech was very polite and on time. Educated me on some things I never knew and was neat What I am disappointed about is that he was missing a crucial tool to enable him to remove the agitator and inspect and clean under drum. Now I just have to start over and ask the right questions when making an appointment with another company
