I made an appointment online to replace my iPhone battery, and it was ready in under 30 minutes. Phillip was polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He also replaced the battery in my car fob. He couldn’t have made this any easier or affordable. Thank you!

I needed to get a new key fob battery. While I was there I asked if they could replace my iPhone battery. I walked out less than an hour later with 2 new batteries, spending nearly $20 less than Apple would have charged for just the phone. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. Really handy to have these guys close by to do phone repairs right in the store. Easy process, great service, reasonable prices and fast turnaround. Plus they only do work which is really needed. They showed me that I didn't need a new charging port, just had to clean-out some gunk in the port. They earned all my future repair business.

The gentleman helping me seemed to know what to do. I went in to repair my iPhone because it has been loosing the charge too quickly within an hours use.I charged it over night but today it was still the same as if he had not put in a new battery. I plan to take it back to see what the problem could be other than a new battery. I was hoping that I didn't have to buy a new phone by putting in a new battery like I did about a year or so ago and it worked then.

Horrible Customer Service and Staff is very rude! Replacing a screen on a iPhone that just had a scratch turned into breaking my broke - home button via thumb print stop working magically when i pick the iPhone one and just - Oh talk to my manager in two days and that turned into 3 days. The AMAZING part is whatever the lack of knowledge just replacing a screen has made the screen even barely usable to even answer, make, send text and eliminated the thumb print access on almost everything used daily. Since then it's been the run-a-around of them making two phone calls and leaving voicemails OH WAIT of my iPhone which I can't pick up our barely even use... but the matter can be reseolved by the store manager between the hours of 8-5pm...... That doesn't really work for people that have very demanding high profile careers. SO a prefectly fine iPhone 7S+ working just fine but a small scratch on the screen HAS now turned into a 1+ issue that is simply NOT ok. WARNING to ANYONE in the North Barrington, Lake Zurich, Wauconda, Deerfield area - DON'T take your iPhone's at this place - Take it to Apple directly and the funny part is Apple screen replacement is EVEN cheaper then what this place charger and clearly they know how to replace a screen.... the annoyance and high disappointment of messing up a iPhone continues.!!!!!!!
