Yesterday, Mykola and his team at Urban Plumbing completed the installation of a Rinnai combi tankless water heater that serves endless hot water to a household of 4 adults and 3 teenagers, but also provides whole house heating for a 2,300 sq. ft. ranch built in the early 1970’s. This was a challenging job involving innovative boiler equipment, an air handler, a tight budget, and a great sense of urgency. After the previous heating system failed, bathrooms had no hot water, and in-house morning temperatures fell to 52-58 F when outside temperatures were in the teens for several days.

Mykola was very focused on doing a high quality job and his leadership skills reflected on his team’s dedication. Mykola was resolving technical challenges till 7 pm and back at my house the next morning at 7:30 am. Everyone focused on doing the best possible job and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The weather forecast for tomorrow morning is 3 F but inside it is now 70 F.

If you need a reliable plumber or a tankless combi boiler to provide endless hot water and whole house heating I can highly recommend Mykola and his team of professionals at Urban Plumbing.
