This is entrapment!!! They have nowhere for you to park and got police on-site enforcing parking!?!? Mean while I have a 4pm appointment checked in @3:30 they tell me load won't be ready until 7pm!?!? And you check in on a tablet, why cant drivers be sent a link to check in and park somewhere before you get here!?!?!They need to be fined for the truck parking if they can't honor there appointment time given!!! NEVER TF AGAIN!!!!

2hr parking on Street. Have plenty of fuel Ladies and Gentlemen; When I approached, no trucks was near. Perfect! My Appt 2am check in 1:04am door 1:08am, loaded 1:34am. Writing this at 6am. Good rest earned them a 3 star but long wait took away 2 stars.🥶

Terrible experience with this company! They take an unbelievably long time to unload, with absolutely no sense of urgency. It’s as if they have no respect for a driver’s time or schedule. No matter how long you wait, they don’t care that you’re burning your hours. Communication is poor, and there’s no effort to speed up the process. If you’re a truck driver, avoid this place unless you want to waste your entire day sitting and waiting for them to do their job. Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate!

Had a 10pm appointment and got a door only at 8am after that took them 5 hours to load me. Lost 16 hours here. You can park on the street but only for 2 hours. Also all the trucks that I saw spent at least 4-8 hours here.

If you care about being well-received, then stop writing the same answer to everyone and start doing something. Why does it take so many hours to unload? When people take a load with an appointment, they expect something and you send them to wait for another hour. Don't do that!!!

From where to start... appointment on Saturday 2pm, came in at 1.30pm. Received call for dock at 00.30am next day. Loaded in 1 hour. While waiting on the street where they asked to do so, there's signs being said "no parking" but they feed police officers all day long so they they ignore trucks unless you parked on yellow line or smt. But as soon as you park on the street finally Loaded/unloaded and cops see that, they gonna knock into your door and ask you to leave. Enjoy your day!

disrespectful attitude to drivers. They put 1 pm app, after arrival said that it is 2 pm app. now 10:30 pm and they haven’t called yet even for dock, just wasted the whole day , and I checked with them they said only 6% of the load ready, and they can’t say the estimated time when it will be ready. When carrier late or early they fine $500, but when the driver stay whole day and night they pay only $150 for layover. It is insane, they don’t care about drivers and their time. Loaded at 2 am

All Reviews are 110% correct . They need whole day to unload your trailer . They don’t care if your are wasting your driving hours . No respect for drivers. Very rude and unprofessional . They just respond your review . We will try to improve our customer service but they don’t do any thing . I suggest to drivers Avoid this place
