From the initial meeting with the solar consultant to the point when our solar system was turned on, the process was very smooth. This was because they were very active in communicating each progress of the project. Their scheduling for each phase of the project was organized and quick; I didn’t experience any rescheduling, everything was on time. I have been pleasantly surprised by the level of service and clarity of communication I have received from Sunsolar throughout the entire process of purchasing and installing a solar system and battery. From the initial introduction with their sales team through installation and inspections, I received frequent updates on where the process was and what to expect next. Each time they provided a definite time or date they were on time, and their installers were even finished half a day early! I had no problem getting the install through my homeowners association either, as Sunsolar provided a comprehensive packet of plans and schematics and all I had to do was forward it to the HOA.

When they came to install the panels the crew was excellent, they were prompt and finished the job on time and left the area immaculate, all of them were polite and respectful of my property. Micky was keeping me informed after the install to let me know about inspections etc. great team from beginning to finish. I’m just waiting for Nevada Power Inspection and that’s it.
