Even though I’m giving this place 3 stars. I still found them knowledgeable and they know their stuff. I took my computer in because it was blue screening and crashing, however they charged me 100 bucks just to do some updates. Saying my gaming computer is fine and wanted to charge me more for more tests. I could have easily updated the drives my self. And they didn’t even fix the problem. And when I logged into the computer I was spammed with Norton notifications about my passwords. So I’m wondering what they did.

Starting with the request for quote, there were many questions along the way which were answered fully and there were no surprises. During installation the technicians (mostly Connor) stayed with me to make sure the setup was what I wanted. Even after that when questions came up they were explained. I would recommend Martin to anyone for their promptness and professionalism. It was a pleasure doing business with them and that's not always true for all tech businesses. My best to all.

If only I could give ZERO stars. They came out to look at my business phones as they suddenly stopped working. They sent a tech out that in their words, “ didn’t have the knowledge and/or proper tools. Was told I would be contacted for next steps. No calls at mat all so I called them. Send me a copy of your phone bill they asked. We will get back to you in installing a new system. 2 days later still nothing. Called them back today the secretary told me I’d be better off calling another company if I’m in a rush. Umm, Hello? I own a business and my phones are down. Yes I’m in a rush but even still it has been 4 days of not hearing anything from them. I know nothing more than I did before I called them. Donnie said….”we just have a lot of shit going on right now.” Terrible customer service.
