I went to the ER at Lincoln Memorial Hospital due to severe pain and visible blood in my urine. Despite clearly describing my symptoms, I was quickly told it was just a urinary tract infection. I expressed concern that something more serious could be going on, but my concerns were dismissed without further investigation. It later turned out I had a kidney stone that required surgical removal — something that should have been identified during the initial visit.

When I returned for surgery, the experience was again disappointing. A nurse attempted to start an IV and failed three times, without explanation or acknowledgment. When I asked her to stop after the third attempt, she became confrontational and raised her voice at me in front of my wife. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Fortunately, the doctor and surgical staff were professional and handled the procedure well, including getting the IV in on the first try.

While I appreciated the doctor’s care, the lack of proper communication, misdiagnosis, and unprofessional behavior from some staff members made this a frustrating and stressful experience. Patients deserve to be listened to and treated with respect — that didn’t happen here.

They will not properly treat you and they will give you less than a month to pay your hospital bill before they take you to court and then take money from your paychecks. Would not recommend such a money hungry and incompetent hospital even if you're dying I'd recommend you go elsewhere. Terrible place with very incompetent, rude and lazy staff.

Beautiful grounds and clean building, conveniently located just off Lincoln Parkway and Historic Route 66. The lobby is very bright with lots of sunlight from the glass front. There is a nice gift shop area as you enter and helpful staff to greet you. Two elevators available to the right. Plenty of parking out front and handicapped accessible.

My wife goes to have blood work once a month, before chemo. In the last 8 months they read the order and screw it up 7 times out of 8. The incompetence is extraordinarily! If you need more then a bandaid go somewhere else. They cannot be trusted to do the simplest of anything.

everytime i come here they always pull people before you, one time they even lost my pee sample and tried to send me home without any answers. they rush to get you out and never really care about how youre feeling. while im sitting here in excruciating pain they pulled someone back that came in saying she had a slightly sore neck. it doesnt make sense how they operate in here. they need better training.

I'm so tired of getting a court summons from them for my bill. I never receive an actual bill and when I call them to get a copy of it I never get it. Then next thing I know I get a court summons. Worst hospital ever!

For anyone expecting their first child I highly recommend Dr. Green and the staff here at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. They treated my friend with the most kindness and sensitivity. I even had asked them not to allow certain people into the room and they did. It was very nice, they also have wonderful nurses in the birthing wing.

But I will say the ER is a little different. While they do their job, they will judge you for your choices of certain things and talk about it right around the corner... Like I can still hear you!
