I was so impressed with Green Home Solution. They provided testing during the inspection period in buying a house. With the fast turn around for the results was excellent. We then were enable to negotiate w with the sellers for remediation. After closing they had a crew to perform the necessary work. It turned out to be a much smaller problem so they gave us a discount from the initial quote. The whole experience was very pleasant and not stressful. Samantha, Fred, Joe, and the rest of the staff are professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, responsive to customer’s needs, and will make what could have been stressful non stressful. And above everything , they are honest. These qualities are hard to find now a days. Thank you Green Home Solutions. Our new home is wonderful.

We first used Green Home Solutions in 2022 when we discovered a small leak in our laundry room. Fred came out and tested the air for mold, determined it was there and began the remediation process. They were clear on the entire process, what to expect and explained all the products they used. Fast forward to this last summer when a huge storm came through, ripped off our roof and ultimately caused water damage to half of our house. I was worried about mold forming and immediately knew who I needed to contact: Green Home Solutions. Samantha was my go to with emails and scheduling and had Fred out within a few days to test. Upon testing it was determined there was water damage to our insulation, ceiling and a wall. Fred explained the process and we were scheduled for the demo within days. The crew, Joe and James, were incredibly quick and efficient when tearing our ceiling and insulation out. They kept both rooms and bathroom sealed off so as not to contaminate the rest of the house. Not only did they take extra care to protect the rest of the house (walkway to the door) they took the time to explain the clean products they used and what the next steps were. They were flexible with us and our schedule which was incredibly important to us. Damage to your house can be devastating and stressful (especially if there is mold growing!) but I knew having Green Home Solutions out to help with the water mitigation I had nothing to worry about. They are true professionals and experts in making air better! Thanks to Green Home Solutions my family and I can breathe knowing it's fresh. I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you ever have a mold issue, water issue or air issue Green Home Solutions is who I'd recommend!
