I believe this was a relatively small job for them, but not for us! We discovered a water backup in our finished basement and when I first saw it it felt like the end of the world. My carpet was soaked, my walls were soft and squishy, and a lot of my stuff was wet. SERVPRO came out and cleaned everything, including moving and cleaning items that may or may not have been splattered, did demolition on the walls and carpet that couldn't be saved, then used an antimicrobial spray on everything. Even sprayed my stairs on the way out.

After they finished the mitigation portion I decided to use them for the "Reconstruction" of my basement as well. They worked with my insurance to hammer out all the details and I was able to get beautiful waterproof laminate plank flooring put back instead of replacing it with the same ugly carpet that was there when I bought the house! The before and after photos are just AHHH-MAZING!! I'm so happy!!

Everyone was incredible, from the woman who took my original call to Paul & Blake who came out and did the estimate and cleanup, and of course Josh and his crew who handled the all the Reconstruction. Professional, friendly, quick and thorough from start to finish. They even offered to come out to start the mitigation before I was ready for them lol! Cannot recommend highly enough. Absolutely fantastic, thank you ServPro! Y'all seriously made what started as a traumatic week for me into a blessing in disguise.

We experienced a sewer backup in our basement last Friday night. Black Diamond (5/5 stars) sent a plumber out to rotor out the sewer line
We also contacted this ServePro office and they had their staff at our house early Saturday morning. They more than met my expectations in their cleanup and remediation of the affected section of the basement.

I had a garage fire last month that ended up causing smoke damage to almost my entire house. Steve from SERVPRO came out and showed me where the smoke damage was and worked directly with my insurance company to get everything cleaned up and restored. I had previous experiences with other restoration companies (I will not name names though) that were INCREDIBLY stressful because I felt like I was being pulled in so many different directions by my insurance company and the restoration company. Having SERVRO dealing directly with my insurance adjuster made the process so much smoother and pleasant, and my house actually looks better than it did before the fire.

Used SERVPRO for the second time now and everything was just as fantastic the second time around. I guess I have really bad luck because I keep having water damage happen at my house, but these guys made these awful and irritating situations much more bearable and much less traumatic! IF I COULD DO A NEGITIVE STAR, I WOULD. Well, to start with they laid the wrong color flooring and tried to pass it off, they sanded it and stained it, when confronted they stated "yea l, we know its the wrong color" then when that was ripped up we found the 3 large ventilation holes they (servpro) put in the floor were never covered back up. So my husband did that repair himself. The stain they put down doesn't match. It looks like a cat pissed all over my floor. They polied hair on the floor and other debris as they never swept prior to putting poly down. There are bubbles and pooling that were not spread out. They put the trim back up, and there is a huge gap between trim and wall. The cedar in the closet doesn't match. Also, there were many no call no-shows, and we were taking time off of work to get this completed. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS, AND YOU SHOULD NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME.
