Great place! Over the phone I was able to schedule a next day rear brake replacement, oil change, air filter replacement, and tire rotation the next day. I dropped my truck off at 9am, was given a loaner car for free, and my truck was ready to pick up just after lunch. The price was far better than any of the places I know of in Bloomington-Normal, and the same-day turnaround time was unbeatable. They did a great job and a great price and in great time. All of my questions were answered over the phone within 5 minutes, and with an honest out-the-door price! Highly recommend! A great small town business.

Oh my gosh- nicest and fairest people I’ve ever met. I found myself traveling from work and got a flat tire. A gas station down the street suggested I’d stop here for some help. Quinton (sp?) was so accommodating, friendly to talk to, and was able to help me out in a pinch. I was worried about missing my flight but with some luck and trust, I made it all the way to midway and was right on time. Cheers and thank you SO much!

The service is top notch. We have been using Mounce for over ten years. They are quick and accommodating. Even for little things like the plastic air dam under our vehicle hanging down and dragging the ground. We stopped by to schedule an appointment they just fixed it quick for free and sent us on our way. Keep up the good work
