I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Not enough companies work like this any longer. 13 year old Watchdog controller unit started generating a battery alarm every 24 hours. Called in to service. Got an RMA. Dropped it off. Got a call the next day. It's repaired, no charge.

In the disposable economy we live in today, its nice to know someone is willing to stand by their products and put in some effort to perform simple repairs, vs just telling customers to go buy a new one because its old and broken.

2024 Have had my system for about 5 years now. The company warrantied the first pump. Finally, I had to replace the old battery with a new sealed one. I was very happy to receive the same high level of friendly customer service from Eric. This is a well managed company I'm glad to support.

Just replaced my old watchdog for the latest and greatest. The one I replaced was from 2010. It is so simple for the DIY’r. Even the old acid battery lasted that long as long as I maintained the water level ( annual inspection). I bought the AGM battery this time. I hope it lasts as long as the old one. You will NOT be disappointed

I bought the Watchdog Basement sump pump and maintenance free battery. I had a question about installation and called 1800#. I spoke to Bryan W and he guided me through the installation with ease and calmness. Such a pleasant guy to speak to. He even registered my new pump. Highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Great customer service is hard to come by these days

A very long overdue review but much needed.

Purchased a sump pump to replace an old unit. The old unit had been working for years, but I thought it was time to upgrade before it would fail. January of 2022 a CIS-33V pump was installed. On 4/14/2022 the unit failed and the basement flooded to about 4 inches in height damaging $2200 worth of items I had stored that my insurance company would not cover.

Ohio Basement Authority came out to investigate and found that the unit was not activating. The breaker was on and a vacuum cleaner was plugged into the outlet and was working fine. Plugging the sump pump back in, the unit was still not functional.

The individual representing Glentronics took the unit back. I sent the unit in for testing on 5/5/2022. They tested the unit on 6/27/2022 (over 1 month) and told me it was fine and there was nothing they could do but replace it. OBA had written results from visiting my house and completing tests that prove the unit was not working. My guess is Glentronics repaired or used a different unit and sent a report. Very shady business.

In the end, I had to eat my losses and receive another unit that I do not trust.

Outstanding customer service! My sump pump stopped working and I contacted Glentronics to inquire about my options. They confirmed when it was purchased (through my local plumber) and saw it was still within the warranty period. A new pump was shipped out immediately and was received within 3 days which was a huge relief since a major storm was expected to hit my area that week. The representative Corey who assisted me went above and beyond to make sure I was valued and all my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend Glentronics.

My back up watchdog sump pump was not turning off and telling me I had an issue with my main sump pump. After speaking with the very knowledgeable rep at glentronics he was convinced it was my float switch. He explained the process of replacing the float switch and after receiving the part, my back up sump pump is operating as should. Very professional, affordable and courteous. Thank you!
