BTS was referred to us by another Lutheran Church in the area. We were looking to upgrade our ANCIENT phone system before it died completely. After receiving stellar reviews from the other church that had just done the same upgrade, we called BTS and had the pleasure of dealing with Aaron Jensen.

We were promised a seamless installation, upgrade and efficient system and they not only delivered that, but went WAY above and beyond.

Aaron was very patient and informative with our many questions and concerns. Senior Engineer Eli was responsible for the installation and implementation of the new system. He was not only efficient but extremely knowledgeable and offered advice on how to use the new technology for the system to its full potential. No question was treated as a 'silly' question.

That being said, if you are reading this review and remotely considering BTS for your technological needs, you would be foolish NOT to contract with them! It is a rare instance where businesses can get local information, installation, support, and continued service with a futurist technology company.

BTS was referred to me by another company and I am so happy they did! We've been using BTS now for over 3 mos for our IT and telephone needs.
