As an Airbnb property, Bolt Laundry makes our business run smoothly. We never worry about the quality of the service, condition of our returned linens or pick up and return timing. We have worked with several employees on the phone and those that pick up and drop off linens. All have been polite and respectful. Pricing is fair and competitive. Last week, I gave them all our clothes, blankets, towels, and sheets. The process was simple--I scheduled service on their app and on the day I just bagged everything and left it outside my door for pickup. Less than 24 hours later, I received all my fresh, clean laundry back and folded. It was such a relief to get all that time back. I already have another pickup scheduled. Highly recommend!

I never leave bad reviews, you can check my profile. Many businesses struggle and it’s only fair to give them a few chances. Not a fan of this place and their Milwaukee service. Terrible customer service on the phone, terrible updating system regarding pickups and drop-offs, and it’s $1.25 more expensive per pound than basically ever my other laundry service including Poplin. Can’t see a single reason to use Bolt. Save yourself the headache and just use Poplin!

What i experienced with this company is short of a nightmare. I had the absolute worst experience with Bolt Laundry, and I regret ever trusting them.Their communication is nonexistent—they never respond promptly to calls or messages. They will mischarge you they will add double charges. Then good luck trying to recover your loses. Recommend using another laundry service. Poplin or Hampr are very good services.
