From start to finish we had an excellent experience with Dhamer Plumbing. Our service started with a friendly and reassuring experience making the appointment with a clear explanation of the price structure and appointment time. Sean and Nick arrived on time and worked well together to remedy our situation and got us back up and running in no time play. Highly recommend!

I have used Jim Dhamer Plumbing twice over the last few months, and could not be happier with their service.
My most recent problem was an emergency, and they we able to respond and repair the issue within two hours!
It is very rare to find this type or customer service today.
On a scale of 1-5, I would rate them a 6!

I will never call another plumber! Dhamer Plumbing was amazing. They were able to schedule an appointment the day after I called. The plumbers called when they were ten minutes away to let me know they were coming which gave me time to secure my dogs. They were polite and professional and resolved my issue quickly and didn't make a mess! Their pricing was much more reasonable than other quotes I received for the same service. This will always be my first call and recommendation to others!

Highly recommend Dhamer Plumbing. We called at 7:30am and a plumber was out at 10:00am. Took 45 minutes to change kitchen faucet with very reasonable price. Plumbers were very polite and professional. Will definitely use again.

I've used Jim Dhamer plumbing 3 or 4 times. While their service is good, their customer service is very poor. Whoever answers their phones doesn't appear to want my business. The service was poor enough that I've taken my business elsewhere.

Dhamer's skills and customer focus are amazing! A simple rodding out of our plugged 2nd floor bathtub drain by one of their plumbers unfortunately resulted in a small leak in a corroded pipe fitting beneath the tub. The leak was onto our 1st floor dining room ceiling. This shut down one of only two showers in our house—and with relatives coming to visit us for the holidays in only a two days(!) But despite being tied up that day with other jobs, Dhamer immediately freed up a couple other plumbers to make things right for us. Tom and TT first told us the critical fitting required a special on-line order (the part was not readily available).
The next day, after expediting delivery, they returned with the fitting and incorporated it into an improved, customized drainage solution for our tub. Also—and even more impressive—is the fact that this repair was performed while working within the very limited confines behind the rear access panel to our tub drain, without the need to cut into our dining room ceiling from below! Thank you to Tom, TT and Dhamer Plumbing for saving our planned holiday get-together with our family!!

I have been a customer of Jim Dhamer for many years. If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a gas generator and the electrician doing the installation told me that I needed a gas line installed before he could begin work. When Dhamer came out, I asked the plumber if he needed to look at the unit to determine where to put the gas line. He told me that it was not necessary, he knew where to put the line. Later that night, we did not have hot water. The plumber did not tell me that the water heater would need to be re lit. When the electrician came to install the unit, he told me that the gas line was in the wrong place and had to be rerouted before the installation could be completed. I called Dhamer and told them they needed to come back out to move the gas line. They told me they were too busy and it would be a few days. I never received a call to reschedule. I called back and was told it would be a few days, still no call. When I called again I was told that they had no record of my job. This is not acceptable. At a minimum they should refund the cost of the gas line that was put in the wrong place.
