We recently had EOC at our home for a major home automation installation. What a wonderful experience!. It began with an in home evaluation by Cody, who reviewed what we were interested in and what they had to offer. We visited the impressive showroom in Lisle, met the owner, and discussed the financial details. They arrived for installation early on the day promised and under the direction of the project Manager, Jim, they worked tirelessly and professionally for the next 7 to 8 days. All questions and adjustments were explained in detail and reviewed with us as the project came together. They showed up early and left late, each day appropriate members of the team did their expected part. It was impressive and well orchestrated. As the projected neared finishing, time for learning the system was spent with us, for as long as we needed. We continue to be contacted to be sure all is working as expected.

We want to personally thank Jim, Alex, Ben, Todd, Esai, Arnold, Cody, Arturo, Ken and Will for an outstanding job, and apologize to those we may have missed. It was a great experience, and we could not recommend them more.

EOC Audio was great every step of the way! Steve and team were really flexible and patient with us as we both figured out what exactly we wanted and had to push timelines with them since our AV work was part of a bigger project. Then, on install, Alex and Ben were super clean and professional and thoughtful about helping understand what we were putting and where for our set up, which was appreciated. They also took the time to dial everything in when it was all said and done. Honestly? Go with the EOC professionals, they’ve been in the game as long as they have for a reason, don’t try and DIY or Sonos it up yourself if you’re an audiophile.

The EOC team was a pleasure to work with! It was hard to find the right experts to fix my broken window shades, and I couldn’t recommend this team more. Alex and Ben were communicative, meticulous, detail oriented and very careful navigating around light fixtures, curtain rods and with protecting our walls (which I really appreciated). This was not an easy installation, with the windows being 20+ feet up. I’m so glad to have beautiful, working shades again and would recommend the experts at EOC in a heartbeat!

EOC took great care of me and my home from start to finish. I was impressed with the knowledge and skill of each of the people that I worked with, and I always felt like I understood what would be happening and when.

The job required several visits because I kept adding to the scope of the project, with the first one being multi-day. The techs (Ben and Ben) and their supervisor (Jim) who came out were fantastic.

EOC upgraded the hardware for my wireless network, ran ethernet cabling to several locations in the house, installed several new Sonos devices, replaced several existing, damaged speakers, installed a new pair of speakers for my home theater, installed two new televisions, etc.

EOC has earned another life-long customer. I will continue to work with them in the future.

I had a small job for EOC. I wanted a new Samsung The Frame TV and a universal remote to coordinate our cable box and an AppleTV. The installation went perfectly. After a short time, I realized not every button on the remote was working. I texted my advisor, Ryan, and told him my issues. Ryan came to my home three times to work on my issue. He ultimately sent a programmer, Jeff, to my home. Bottom line? My system is bulletproof. It all works all the time. Every time.

These people are extremely customer oriented and focused on perfection. They will not stop helping until everything is perfect. Again, my job was small potatoes for them. Even so, I got 100% from them 100% of the time. I highly recommend EOC.

I contracted with EOC for the first time to install 8 cameras around the outside of my house including one Ring camera. My biggest concern with the installation, no matter who was contracted to perform it, was that it is an existing home, which means they will have to fish lines though existing walls. I was worried about how the team would fish the wires and what type of drywall cutting/damage would occur. On the morning of the initial installation day, EOC brought what seemed like the management and the team to discuss the solidify a plan. At least 4 highly trained individuals remained for the installation. It was impressive to watch the analysis of each wall that needed a wire to be fished through and how the entire system would be connected. They not only discussed it amongst themselves, but they also listened to my concerns and suggestions.

The knowledge they had was impressive. The care they took was impressive. I questioned them on a couple other items on my home while they were working. In the end, I had them upgrade my internet throughout the house and then return to install a new Frame TV. All the work was done professionally, politely, respectfully, and timely.

They have earned my trust and loyalty.
