Robert is the owner of ARC Heating & Cooling. He is my SUPER HERO. I have experienced a lot HAVC dramas in the past, until I met Robert. Long story short I got a two-stage AC unit in my rental house which experienced the compressor failure passing its 13 year warranty. You know when the compressor is on strike without warranty, a highly reliable and experienced HAVC technician is your only hope. On this hot day (5/6/2024), Robert was the one who responded to me quickly and jumped right on the task. He carefully diagnosed the compressor and checked if there was still chance to save this unit without rushing to replacement. When knowing this is impossible, we had to find replacement options. He came right the next day to help me install, making sure my upcoming tenant who is a single mom can enjoy the AC without any disruption! I was timing the process: from the day I called Robert till he completed the AC unit replacement, it has only been 48 hours. Throughout the process Robert has been communicating promptly and patient, giving me a lot of strength and confidence. If I were to recommend a reliable, compassionate, professional, competent, and reasonable HAVC guy (in these days market, it is HARD to find), ROBERT is the ONE and ONLY! With lots of love and respect, I can confidently say I will continue working with Robert in the next few years!

I needed an HVAC company to come out and not only design and install the equipment for a job that I have, but also explain it as I knew nothing about it. ARC heating and cooling came out, educated me in the scope of work, installed everything, and got me up and running and one fell swoop. They were very clean, professional, and completed the job without any issues they could not handle. I have a great deal of respect for companies who got it together.

A/C broke while I was out of town, and I appreciated Robert coordinating time with our housesitter to diagnose the issue. Ultimately it was resolved very affordably, and is working great! We've used Robert in the past for other A/C issues as well as a mini-split install, and have been very pleased with his work every time.

Arc HeAting And Cooling came out to my wife’s business and fixed the HVAC on one of the hottest days of the year. They fix the unit within five hours of my call. I have used them for a few of my other rental properties for replacement, and they are priced right. Everyone I have recommended them have all been pleased.

ARC does warranty work for Raypack heat pumps. They came immediately and diagnosed problem. Unfortunately the heat pump should have been serviced by Leslie's but they sell products without backing them up. I wish I had bought it from ARC. ARC has helped plead with Raypak for expedited shipment of backorder circuit boards but has been stiffed by Raypak as have I. Avoid Leslie's and Raypack. Again I wish I had dealt with ARC to begin with. They are knowledgeable and prompt.
