Miguel Hinojosa, the owner of Grey Colt Construction, undertook a very complex remodeling job involving removing an external door, relocating it to another room, closing up the walls and installing two new windows in the room from which the door was removed. He also removed carpet and laid LVP flooring, added a laundry sink in the garage, installed new kitchen appliances and fans and painted the walls and ceilings. The whole project took just 5 weeks and was on time and on budget. His highly skilled and professional team worked really hard and did a wonderful job. They were always on time and did not skip days. Miguel personally checked on progress regularly and was always responsive to questions whether by phone or text. He also pitched in to help when needed (he and Ricky even worked on July 4th to ensure we didn’t lose the time). Moreover they did a really nice job of cleaning up when finished. Thank you Miguel, and your crew, for a job well done. We were very happy with the work and strongly recommend Miguel and his team to anyone.

I hired Grey Colt to completely renovate a run down old casita for rental. Miguel was wonderful- responsive, on time, and on budget. They did a beautiful job tileing a very uneven floor, replaced the majority of the drywall, replaced all the windows and added a new one, and tore out and completely renovated the bathroom and the kitchen. They also patched the stucco outside and did a little landscaping. I am completely satisfied with all of the work that they did and would recommend them to anyone!

When you want success hire the best. For us Grey Colt Construction did a fabulous job on our home renovation. We now have a beautiful home, thanks to the quality workers that Grey Colt Construction employs. Work included, entire inside of home painted, removal of pocorn ceilings, 2 bathrooms remodeled, kitchen cabinets painted and kitchen remodeled
, expanding the pantry, replacing the windows and sliders. Highly recommend GREY COLT Construction for a job done right by qualified professionals, and on budget.

Miguel was quick with his response for a small kitchen refresh project. He had a quote to me in a timely manner and began work the next week. Adrian was a great worker and the finished product was better than I expected. Jose was on site several times and I was able to let him know a cosmetic change that actually meant one less cabinet to paint for them. Miguel and his crew were fantastic all around. They renovated our garage with drywall and insulation, installed a door, and fixed the garage door. It's like new! Miguel was very courteous and professional and kept me very up to date. The guys were very respectful working on our property and cleaned up everything as well.
