I've called Radon Xpress several times over the years for system checks and I have always been met with extraordinary customer service. My most recent call was to have the fan on my mitigation replaced. Not only did Scott show up within the scheduled time frame, he also walked me thru the repair process answering all my questions. Very rarely do you find a company that treats you like they are getting your business for the first time. They'll be my recommended choice for years to come.

Fantastic experience with this company. Veteran owned and extremely customer friendly. Scott took the time to ask me all of the questions needed in order to place the unit. We ended up going with a place that allowed the exhaust pipe to follow the same path of a downspout on the back of the house pretty much concealing it.

He took the time to position all of the pvc with the writing and barcodes in a position to leave a clean look throughout the run. Scott took the time to explain how he was going to address mitigating the crawlspace as well as the basement.

After they were done, they made sure the basement was cleaner than when they arrived. Very reasonably priced and kept us informed on their progress throughout the day. Despite all that attention to detail, they were even able to have the project completed ahead of the timeframe offered when they showed up at the house. I would highly recommend Radon Xpress!

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Rebecca and Scott, the owners, are fantastic! They came in, assessed the needs of the house, then put in a fan. Do to my error, I had them put the system by my bedroom instead of the other side of the house so the fan they used was big and made a little bit of noise making it hard for us to sleep. Rebecca suggested a smaller fan, which they came back quickly to install, and now we have both peace and quiet and a radon system that reduces the radon to super low levels! We are very pleased with our system, the pricing and how responsive Scott and Rebecca! I can't say enough good things about them! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!!!

Superb customer service! I haven’t been this blown away in awhile.

Radon mitigation is an area where I don’t have a lot of experience and I had gotten some misinformation from a plumber. I was concerned about the sump pump and confused about what to do. I reached out Radon Xpress because they had installed the system within the last 3 months and they were extremely responsive (both by phone and text). Scott came out as soon as he could to see what was going on. He went above and beyond to ensure I understood not only the radon system but also my sump pump. He walked me through all the pieces, what they do, and how to ensure they are working properly.

Now, I can sleep peacefully knowing everything is in working order. I know what to look for and how to fix basic issues. I highly recommend working with Scott and the team at Radon Xpress!
