I was approached by this company to do solar at the time I was looking into it so it was a welcoming visit. In the beginning it was a pleasant experience. It was agreed that they would spec, and install the solar system as well as they were going to install a new main electrical panel. I was also told and promised in writing the first year of bills was covered by the company. Never the less the system gets installed and things promised never happened. There's still outstanding work to be done. No money being sent as promised. And when I reached out multiple times no one responds. No one comes out to meet with customer. Overall worst experience and a horrible company they don't do what they say. They sell you lies and get you hooked in to a contract and walk away leaving the customer to pay.

Hooked me up with Sunnova in December and so far my experience has been rather smooth sailing, I rather that than pay TEP.

However, I don't appreciate the false promises of offering rebate checks or covering the first XX of bills. I get you guys gotta make your sales but as someone running their own business, customers don't usually like being lied to.

Don't bother trying to get into contact with them.

We were so hesitant to get solar because you hear so many horror stories with these solar companies but we decided to go with solar experts because they seemed honest and knowledgeable and now we are very much regretting it. We were told they would cover the first 12 payments and we would get a check, it’s been four months since we signed the contract and we can’t even get Casey, the owner to return a call or text. I guess the two owners split and own not just us money. The original sales guy left the company so now we have no idea who we are even suppose to contact. The owner has been very unresponsive and has had the sales guy that doesn’t even work for him anymore make excuses for him. We are regretting getting solar and definitely regretting going with Solar experts. I’m sure I’m not the only customer that’s having this issue or that’s order money. Beware. Update we were also promised a lifetime warranty which was never paid for by solar experts. We paid for this and they never paid the contact so now we are out that money also.

This is by far the BEST SOLAR COMPANY! they have the the best warranties! As a new homeowner they got the most accurate system! Other companies were under undersizing my system telling me I needed a smaller one when truly I needed a bigger one. They have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

They were very nice very well informed anytime I had a question they got back to me within the day or the next morning. We had a couple hiccups in our process but they were able to sort it all out in a pretty timely manner My panels are only and my bill was negative so I'm definitely happy I went solar and I'm happy that I chose to go solar with them. Thank you guys for everything.

Sam has been absolutely amazing! He has been very communicative through out the process of getting our solar panels installed. I feel he goes above and beyond. He really makes sure you understand the quality of work that you are getting and works with what your goals are to ensure you get the right system. I highly recommend Solar Experts!
