Tree cutters came up my 600 ft driveway leaving the laps which I reported. They came and cleaned it up within the hour but the driver backed out 500 feet rutting the side of the gravel deep without stopping. 15 tons or more of crusher run gravel gone now and will need a grader to level it back to normal. Getting the run around not my department after being on hold over an hour. Damage cost is well over $1,500 and driveway is the only entrance thats fenced on both sides, ughh 😡 now a mud hole slip n slide!
Dominion's auto reply is what you see below. Oh and when you file a claim you dont get a claim number for your reference. Thats correct you cant prove you filed or reported damage to Dominion!

Tree cutters came more than a month ago to trim tree around the lines and left the tree limbs laying in my yard and the limbs are still there as of today March 17th, 2023. I have called and made more than one complaint and no one has called me back to address the issue.

Had trouble talking to them once when power was cut off, tried to call them again to give them the number they said they needed to turn the power back on and they never answered us again. We had paid what they told us to and never was able to reach a person to get our power back on. Was on hold for a good hour through multiple calls. Tried two different numbers, customer service and the one they said to call back to give them the number they needed and neither number connected us to an associate or even had the option that we needed on their automated robot.

Bill continues to go up even though I don’t use the heat hardly at all during winter and I don’t have a washer or dryer hooked up, I use minimum lights. Furthermore y’all have had the power out for at least a hour now setting off all smoke alarms the entirety of the power being off, can’t shower, can’t make any breakfast or lunch. This is ridiculous and there should be a credit to everyone’s account that is dealing with this right now.
