My go to inspector is no longer doing inspections and I didn't have a back-up. My client set up an inspection Sunday night for Friday but needed to change it to an earlier date so that we could have time to review the inspection report. We reached out Monday morning and had an appointment for later Monday. Our inspector was Darryl. Plot twist and rating change (since Google reminded me about this review): Turns out honesty, transparency and confidence in the final report were false hope. Not even one month after closing on our home, we were slammed with a total furnace replacement because there were cracks in the unit that were leaking toxic fumes into our home. (We found out because our dog got very sick and would bark incessantly at the vents every time the heat kicked on, so I thought to have the unit checked out.) I'll never understand how this was completely missed in the inspection. The inspection company took no responsibility for this gross oversight, which not only would have made a big difference in our home purchase negotiations but also could have been disastrous for our health if we didn't catch it when we did.

I can now truly share my feedback after moving into the home. This inspection service is a joke. You charge crazy amount of money and for what? And then Not take any responsibility for the problems a new buyer is confronted with. You offered me a link to file a complaint that never worked. So I never could file my complaint. Your inspector missed so much. But talked like he knew what he was doing. I have a Huge water problem…(inspector never questioned where was the access panel) .. water/pipe issues, refrigerators ice maker and water never worked…the air conditioner leaks…2 windows broke…just know that I would never refer this company to anyone. I deserve a refund

Appreciate the thoroughness of Ian Jones. He took his time inspecting and was very personable, yet professional. 4 stars because it took a little over 48 hours to get report back (we were in a time crunch abiding by the contract contingency). Also had to ask for a correction, but it was responded to, and very quickly by Ian. I would use this company again.

Excellent service! Was able to get an inspection set with a 24 hour notice, honored the original quote. Also was able to schedule pest inspection same day and same timeframe. Extremely convenient and would highly recommend! Paulo was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly his findings.
