We had many difficulties with a prior septic maintenance service for years. I wish I would have found Bishop Construction much earlier! These guys do more than septic, but I see that it is their specialty. The quality and dollar value of their work is superior. Now that they take care of my system, I have complete confidence it is being done right now. Professional and caring/kind technicians. They will get first call for any other projects I need help with too.

I wrote a review last year regarding how happy I was with my septic preventive maintenance. However, I've always wondered how well emergency service would be considering that the business is remote from me. Well, a part installed from my former service provider failed and I need to make that first emergency call when the alarm went off, and I didn't know how bad it was. I was relieved that owner Brian dispatched Jeff the next day, and the problem was resolved. It turned out that the response was better than the old service even though they were local. Very happy with Jeff at Bishop Construction.

Beware!! Sounds like a scam to me. No reviews for 3 years and no website. Phone call to the listed number is answered by "BRIAN" resulted in a "quote" of $40,000 and a refusal to even come to the site without agreeing to a contract..

Bishop Construction took over the installation of our alternative system when the general contractor determined that original subcontractor installing our system was not performing acceptable work. It seems that there are relatively few septic contractors that install and service alternative systems, and most of those only work on systems that they have installed -- I believe largely due to a typical alternative system's complexity. Bishop completed our installation eight years ago and they have remained our service provider since then, and we expect to continue using Bishop going forward. We were lucky our general contractor put Bishop on our job -- they are an excellent company to work with. In recent years, we have worked with Cole, who has done exceptional work for us.

Cole Bishop came to do maintenance work on my Wisconsin mound septic system and was awesome! He answered every question I had and gave me detailed information as to how this system works and how I can best maintain it myself. Always a quick response when we call. Very knowledgeable and willing to share the knowledge with the customer. We bought our home and knew nothing of alternative septic systems. Brian and Cole came out to inspect and fix an issue we were having. Both were informative and made quick work of our problem. Highly recommend Bishop Construction!
