He did a great job. Found the issue immediately he explained it all to me so I know what to look for if I smell smoke again. Hopefully no more issues but if there are I will be calling the company again. The piece was replaced and my heat restored. He was very kind, clean, and fast.

Drew was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was most concerned with delivering me a solution that fit my lifestyle needs and budget, and educating me about how to maintain the system I currently have. He did not try to sell me anything. Doug and Sebastian with Express Tech Air were great and very easy to work with. I upgraded to 75 g water heater and needed HVAC experts to finish up the flue and make it code compliant. They were quick to respond to my inquiry, formulate a cost effective plan, acquired the special part needed and completed the job all in less than 48 hours. Professional, knowledgeable and fast. Doug and his team are friendly, professional and honest, our heater went out and we were getting the run around from another company for a week with no heat! One of their techs came out and within 2 hours our heat was working better than before

I’m so incredibly grateful for these guys. The heat went out in my house during the snow storm; they tried to help me trouble shoot over the phone and when that didn’t work they were able to send someone out to help me much faster than anyone else. They fixed the problem quickly and got me back up and running before I could have a mental breakdown. Thank you so much 😭😭😭
