The most unwelcoming unprofessional crew I have ever experienced. Call to let them know we were coming and that it was going to be close to 5pm when they closed. They said ok. Made it almost to 5:00pm, doors were locked, lights were off. When I approached the door, I saw two girls hurry to the back so it looked like they left. First, they didn't have to waste our time. They should have just told us they needed a certain amount of time to process future clients. Never again!

Bradshaw Mountain Environmental / PSI in Prescott Valley are AWESOME!!! Mark, Allison and Wendy were KEY, with their water testing, to me being able to narrow down what in my water was causing my health deterioration. I couldn't have done it without them and they showed a very caring nature as well as the ability to go well above normal customer service. THANKS!!!

Needed test results from two locations on the property: arsenic, nitrate, TDS and bacteria. Bacteria results came back within two days. I specifically noted that we knew the TDS was high, but needed to now what the TDS were specifically. I was told the test would tell us that. Unfortunately, the results were only the measurement, which we already had, not what the TDS were specifically. If I had known that, I could have saved a lot of money. When I noted that in an email, received no response.

I am so glad I don’t gotta do a drug test again, front desk couldn’t even say have a good day back, that’s how miserable it is there. As soon as you sign in you’re locked in there, can’t go to your car, can’t even drink my gallon of water I brought from home while I waited there, she gave me a single cup. What is a single cup going to do in az common you’re a dr receptionist.
