The technician sent to my home, Brandon, did an absolute superb job. He was thorough, pleasant and answered all of my questions in a very professional and complete manner. At no time did he rush me or make me feel that the issue presented was too minor for his time. As a retired, senior military officer, I know from first hand experience that having an individual like Brandon on “the team” (ANI!!) will get the word out from more very satisfied customers.

Like many women, I've had life experiences that have left me uncomfortable with the idea of having a strange man in my house when my husband's not home- even for maintenance issues. For this reason, I have always scheduled any type of service call or delivery when my husband's home, if at all possible.
My husband was home the day of our appointment, but he was upstairs sleeping as he works a late night shift, so I did most of the interacting with our technician, Brandon.
From the moment I opened the door, before he even stepped into my house, Brandon put me at ease. He was friendly but not creepy, he was professional, and just had a very calming energy about him. It remained that way the entire time he was here.
I was very pleasantly surprised, and this is a big deal for me, as I know it is for many other women. Almost anybody can get the mechanical aspect right, with enough training and experience, but not everyone can get the human aspect right. Brandon definitely does. I would 10/10 recommend him, and I would absolutely feel comfortable scheduling service again without my husband having to be home, as long as Brandon is the one doing the job.

The contractor came out and was right on time. He was very professional and congenial. He looked at our split system heat/air pump. They called Mitsubishi , but did not get a response from them until Monday. The bad board was too old and could not be replaced or fixed. He sent an estimate by e-mail with cost to be replaced. We are still in limbo about what we are going to do. Very pleased with the service.
