The location is fantastic, offering stunning views and a calm atmosphere perfect for focusing. Sharita is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met from day one. The amenities are top-notch, and the workspace itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. I highly recommend Regus at Dominion Tower for anyone looking for a great place to work in Norfolk!

This location is absolutely a huge scam. My firm had a 12 month lease here and we constantly had to check every invoice as they create charges that they can't articulate. It appears that they will try to recoup money from loyal paying tenants due to the nonpayment of other tenants in the building that fail to pay. Kinda like- we know this tenant will pay and maybe this tenant won't catch the surprise fee. That's the only logical explanation we can render- especially when we pay on time, each month, in full. We wired our payment each month on time and still had unexplainable charges. We were overwhelmed with joy to end our lease here and advise others to not fall victim of the nice views. We have other commercial leases in the country and dealing with Regus and this location was like dealing with a dirty cop and a shady lawyer. If you know that feeling...then you know that feeling. Thats how this location conducts business...luckily we kept airtight records. If you're reading this review I would highly recommend you to not deal with this location and get an office on standard commercial terms. The commercial firms are more organized and ethical. Steer away from the surprise fees and unethical billing tactics of this location.

Do not do business with these people. I agree with Mr. Sampson who also did a negative review just 3 months ago. They definitely gouge for money and operate with highly questionable ethics.

I am a Army Veteran and create employment opportunities for military Veterans and active duty service members in the moving industry. I was working on my laptop from home and felt I would be more efficient in a workspace away from distractions of home.

I rented a desk and a chair at Dominion tower in Norfolk VA. Nothing extravagant just a desk and a chair in a room amongst several other desks and chairs. About 3 weeks in I was getting more work out of town and realized I would no longer need the desk.

I called the manager and explained I no longer needed the desk and he said he would look into cancelling the agreement. He called back later and said NO. I was on the hook. OK I had already paid over $1000 so I thought well OK i just lose a little money and life goes on.

But No $1000 is not enough. Just this morning they send me a bill for $3528.31. A total of over $4500 for a desk and a chair for 3 weeks. Greed has clouded their judgment and no discretion is being using in their decision making. A organization with this mindset is to be avoided at all costs.
