Worked out here 3+ times a week for over a year. The gym is clean, parking is convenient and it’s never too busy. The staff is kind! However- the machines are cheap, difficult to use and always breaking—and staying broken for weeks on end. There’s also an inefficient mix of equipment- 12 ellipticals (rarely see one in use), 7 stationary bikes, four bench pressing racks, but no smith machine, cable machines, or glute drive. I brought both issues up to leadership and it was like pulling teeth to get a call or email back. For $60 a month, it was a toss up on if I’d be able to complete my workout as planned, so switching to cheaper gym with better equipment was a no brainer.

The play place was at capacity when I went in today because they only had one person working. Bummer.

I like the upstairs work out room, it has good windows.

Love the classes especially mixxed fit. It’s high energy and the instructor is awesome. The Pool is super fun for the kids. They offer a lot of summer activities and they enjoyed them. There’s only one downer and that’s the child watch hours are not conducive to the classes hours. If care is pertinent don’t depend on it if you plan to come in. Customer service/leadership reaches out promptly when there is a concern and that’s really good. However (I asked in the building about the child watch hours) there hasn’t been any change so far and it was months ago. I will admit it stops me from going sometime and childcare was my reason for choosing the Y over another gym.

Was such a wonderful gym and experience! Staff are very friendly. Was a little disappointed no one showed me the equipment or where anything was when I came to give it a try. But it was well worth it. Daughter and I loved it. Loved the air conditioning and the quality of the machines in the gym.

This is the only gym I’ve been to that has multiple machines broken for weeks or months at a time. The same 4 leg machines keep breaking and they don’t replace them. The stair climber has also been broken for months.

Signed up for a membership it’s been five days for a five minute job then after calling to find out what the hold up is cooperate says one thing little girl at front desk says something different she talked over me and hung up on me but it’s okay Kroc Center has a bigger pool and everything it took eight minutes to be member and they were friendly great customer service.

I take my mother-in-law here when it's time for her to go to physical therapy Physical Therapy inside of the Y. The gym is very big and nice they have a nice size pool but it is outside. They also have a daycare center and a school for the young little ones. Overall it's a nice place to be.

We love the YMCA. 2 hr child care for members is the best ever! I get my weight lifting in and usually follow it up with some cardio. There are always machines open and I'm never feeling judged or rushed. The locker rooms are nice too and always clean. We love going in the summer and playing at the pool.
