I can’t recommend Comfort Technology enough. Lee, the owner, came out on a days notice and gave me a system replacement estimate competitive with two other highly rated companies. He then came back out the following day to look at changing the placement of the new system at my request. Communication with Lee and his office staff was excellent while I dug in with a home warranty company.
Corey and Drake showed up on time, walked the job with me, and then got to work. They gave updates as work progressed and by 4pm I had heat back on and all my question’s answered. Great workmanship and good clean runs, I’m very happy with the final product and it feels good knowing I have these folks to lean on in the future.

I saw that my water heater was leaking. I called comfort technology after calling two other companies. The others could not come out for three to five days. That would have been a catastrophe. Comfort was able to be here the next morning with a new heater. They were very professional. The installation was done and we are very happy!

I’ve been going through the most lately and then I get home from the store and my A/C was shut off. The thermostat was completely blank. I reset it every way I knew how with no luck. I called Comfort Technologies 24 hour emergency service number thinking the worst. They put me in touch with a Mr. Dave Cooter and 20 minutes later I was up and running and even given tips on how to keep it running at its best. He went far beyond the call of duty to help me out and that’s hard to find these days. My family owns a small business here in Middle Georgia so I know the importance of being helpful and kind when it comes to customers. Oh and not to mention, Comfort Technologies and Dave are over 800 miles away from me. You get an A+ my friend. 5 stars!

had a great experience. The owner came out to provide an estimate and explained everything from start to finish. The workers installed the HVAC and hot water heater to a third story unit within one day. Both workers were knowledgeable, friendly, communicative and professional. They were courteous and professional. They used shoe coverings to help keep my floors clean. They worked quickly and efficiently to purge air from my baseboard heaters. I recently had an issue with my furnace, and I’m so impressed with the service I received from Jacob and Mr. Lee. They were both incredibly skilled and professional, quickly diagnosing and resolving the problem with ease. No challenge seemed too big for them.
