Don’t get scammed like me!!!! The presentation had me locked in! The installers are professional and just doing their jobs. They even believed in this company. Maybe now they don’t and that’s why I can’t reach anyone!!!

I had the Mylar material installed to help with all these potential issues (mold, low insulation issues, room too hot) this stuff is trash!! Did absolutely nothing and made my attic’s insulation worse. Having to get mold removed from my attic and real insulation installed!!

I had them install the probiotic system… again trash! More dust than ever before, absolutely no difference in air quality! Called and called to have them come and inspect everything… Ghosted!!! No answers, no email responses. Nothing!!!

This would be a zero rating if it was possible. We had the tri-guard multi-layer insulation installed on 3/26/2021. Earlier this month, in January 2025, we started noticing water stains on our interior ceiling areas. We had a roofing contractor come and inspect the roof. The roof was not the problem, yet. What they found was water condensation in our attic caused by the tri-guard insulation layer placed directly on top of our recessed lighting ceiling cans. The heat from the ceiling cans and overlap type installation of the tri-guard insulation caused a condensation issue over time. We also had their attic fan installed. Over the last nearly four years the condensation water has spread throughout our entire attic, and has completed soaked our pre-existing insulation and water-damaged our entire attic. Mold is forming everywhere. We now need a complete restoration and remediation, removal of all old insulation and a complete new insulation installed, once we find out if we need a complete mold mitigation protocol conducted. They also installed a solar attic ventilation system. The roofing company removed that and repaired the roof today. They carved through our entire roof leaving a hole of about 2 feet by 2 feet and did not use any flashing material to prevent leakage. I have the photos that show all they did was use a sealant compound that was failing but fortunately it was discovered along with the attic mess. Now our roof has full integrity again. My experience was not good at all. I would recommend anyone considering purchasing their insulation solution check with a roofing company first. Ask them if they would recommend it for their attic.

**Update** Now that I've had the Tri Guard Insulation for a few years now, I can honestly say DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I haven't experienced any uniformity in the temperature throughout the house and it hasn't had a positive impact on the energy bill at all. Nice sales pitch. Good concept. Good install. Attic looks nice. Don't work. Save your money.

Had QEI come out and add the Tri Guard Multi Layered insulation to my attic. Both Nick and Brian were both very professional and efficient with the work. I didn't even know they were here! Good job fellas!

Excellent presentation that began with a prayer. I appreciate the god driven aspect of the business. John was great. Very knowledgeable. He even assisted with identifying an issue in my home outside the scope of his work. The installers were very nice and professional. They did an excellent job. They clearly love the work that they do which was exemplified by their behavior and attitude.

Mr.Earl did a great job. Knew what he was talking about. He was very accommodating to all of the guests and very patient with us. Great food too!

Brandon the inspector, did great. We talked for hours and had a great time. Did a very thorough inspection and showed pictures of all my problems in the house. Answered all the my questions and called his boss anytime he wasn’t 100% sure. 10/10

The presentation was very good. Got me interested in the products. Shawn was very good presenter. John did good as well. I would like to have know when asked that the insulation would have been secured to the floor. He mentioned the insulation would not be secured to the walkable areas but the technicians secured it to the floor with staples and tape. The unfloored areas were not secured however which was good. The installers were excellent excellent excellent. 5 stars. I really sympathize with the amount of work that the installers do I’m those types of conditions. I appreciate them.

Mr.Shawn at the presentation, we enjoyed every bit of him. The food was so good we felt bad for eating in-front him! Very good spirit about himself. NO PRESSURE SALES, we felt comfortable the whole time. We liked the products and the presentation and we decided to buy it, never once felt pressured.

Mr.Dan the inspector was very knowledgeable about everything he was telling us. He broke everything down to where we could understand all our issues. We related greatly to him, was a great man!

The technicians Nick and Daniel, were absolutely great. We’re even early this morning! We feel in love with nicks eyes, they walked us through everything, before the install, during and after. Great guys.

Everyone we’ve meet presented themselves perfectly! 10/10
