Great experience with the energy audit! Had to pay a larger house fee, but Amory was great, the process was great, and the information was great! Great experience with Viridiant!! Amory was extremely knowledgeable and gave us so much helpful information. We now have a list of priorities for how to increase our home's comfort and reduce our energy bill. Many of these we can do ourselves. We know what products we need and the report even included links to find these products. What a huge time saver!! For more involved issues, Amory sent a list of trusted providers along with applicable rebate information. We highly recommend Viridiant!

We had a fantastic experience with our Viridiant energy audit. Andrew truly went above and beyond, and continues to help provide guidance as we start to pursue some of the recommendations provided in the report. This is incredible value for money. It's so difficult to know where to start with these big energy projects and it's a bummer to have to rely on information and recommendations from companies who will be charging you to carry out those recommendations. This is definitely the way to go before you think about any of these sorts of home improvements.

Viridiant conducted an incredibly thorough home energy audit for us. The audit more than paid for itself between the bulbs, insulation, and shower head that Dominion is subsidizing, not to mention the money we'll save in electricity.

We've got a great list of improvements we can make to our house to reduce our energy bills - we're very happy with the service and highly recommend the company.

My husband and I recently had an energy audit performed by Viridiant. Dominion Energy actually provides a rebate, so the total cost of an energy audit is only $65. We opted to do the additional diagnostic services which included infrared scans, a blower door test, and duct leakage test. These three items are not covered under the rebate, but the pricing for each add-on is available on Viridiant's website. Even if you only go for the basic energy audit, it is an excellent value. We had about $216 worth of LED light bulbs and pipe wrap installed as part of the audit. I highly recommend getting one done especially if you are a new homeowner. We received an extremely detailed 10-page report explaining the results of the energy audit. It also provides DIY and long-term solutions to lower your energy costs. If you're not sure where to start with home maintenance, the energy audit is a great starting point to figure out and prioritize what needs to be replaced first.

I got an energy audit from Viridiant, which was a good experience. With the utility company rebate, getting the LED bulbs and pipe insulation that come with the energy audit essentially pays the cost of the audit. Viridiant gave some helpful advice on low effort fixes (dealing with a leaky door frame, etc.) and identified some major issues on the walk through, then provided a list of recommended changes ranked by priority with the report. I added on the blower door, duct, and infrared testing. I live in an old (and therefore leaky) house, so seeing the results was interesting and informative. If you live in a house that's anything other than brand new, the energy audit is worth the expense.

We did an energy audit with Viridiant and it was a great experience! Everything from checking if we qualified for the rebate to the actual audit was smooth and simple. We are so pleased with our new energy efficient light bulbs, shower heads, faucets, more! Would highly encourage anyone to go through the process - saving money and helping the environment!

An excellent value service to help cut energy costs and reduce your carbon footprint. $45 for a full home energy audit with details report, all new LED light bulbs, and insulation wrap on all my hot water pipes! Dominion actually pays this company in part because more efficient homes helps Dominion, which is why its so cheap. But it saves you money too! Can't recommend enough.
