Fantastic team! Spoke with Mindy and was told there would be a few weeks wait. She called back the next day and had availability earlier if I wanted it. I took her up on it and the team came on time for the appointment and quickly got the job done. I was very impressed. Mindy called me after install to make sure everything was as expected. Stellar work and customer service. The water tastes fantastic and I’ve already recommended them to friends.

The techs and owner/s of this company are very hands-on all through the different aspects of service. Our whole-home water system has been serviced by them for almost 8 years. When there had been issues (all through no fault of theirs), they had been prompt, understanding and empathetic to resolve them quickly. They really treat you like family. There's a reason why they've bene in business for as long as they have. I very highly recommend them.

Environmental Pro Tech technicians are the best. They are very efficient at doing the work and leave the place clean.

Whenever there is a problem they quickly find a solution and fix it quickly. We are very happy with the quality of water. We have water softener for the entire house and “reverse osmosis “ filtration system for drinking water. We are very happy with both.
