Let me tell you about these guys!!!!! Price--Phenomenal! Service--EXCELLENT! PERSONALITIES--TOP NOTCH! I recently discovered that my water heater needed replacing. The other people I called for service were up-charging me something awful. It was only when I contacted Air-Right after speaking with a Novec customer service person, when I received a doable quote, which was only just the beginning. They came to my home today, smiling and eager to do a great job. No attitudes, no condescending remarks made to me as a woman, willing to wear shoe covers and to provide coverage for my carpet. The topper? One of the guys solved a huge problem I'd been having for YEARS with my sink water pressure, and he didn't charge extra for it--talk about out of the kindness of one's heart!!! I fell in love with all of them at one time (figuratively speaking of course!) They genuinely seemed like they actually love what they do, and that it's not just a job for them. I am truly grateful for this company. ALL THE BEST TO THE EMPLOYEES AT AIR-RIGHT ENERGY DESIGN! Y'ALL TRULY ROCK!!!!! AND THEY ALL DESERVE RAISES FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TO ALL THE PLUMBING TECHS!!!!

I have recently had Air-Right procure and install a new A/C - Furnace system for my house. Craig Carter, the estimator, was very knowledgeable about all the various products and systems. He provided suggestions for the type of systems as well as the system operations. A Heat pump system vs a regular A/C - Furnace system was discussed, there availability and all costs involved. Pricing was thousands of dollars below multiply competitors for the same systems. Naturally, I went with Air-Right. Installation for both the A/C and Furnace was accomplished in one day in a very professional manner. I am extremely satisfied with the resulting operations of the system and would advise friend and family to look no further then Air-Right for your A/C - Furnace needs.

I have to share a recent interaction my family had with Air-Right Design. My mom, who recently passed, had worked with Air-Right for many, many years for her plumbing needs and was always very happy with their service and technicians. All I have to say, they went above and beyond for her knowing she was a single elderly person. They were very kind. I was in town with other family this past week/weekend and we ran into some well/plumbing issues at her house. I called and they were super quick to come out, we thought we had the issues identified, but it ended up being something else, they came right back out an hour after they'd just left, diagnosed the problem and it was fixed within 90 minutes. I cannot recommend Air- Right enough! They are top notch to work with, very quick to respond and very reliable. You cannot go wrong with Air-Right!!

Sam and Mike did an outstanding job replacing an Expansion Tank and replacing exhaust PVC piping. They were on-time, well-organized, sensitive to social distancing, knowledgeable, and courteous. They were able to diagnose an elusive banging noise that we had been chasing for over a year. We couldn't be more pleased.

I decided to upgrade to a Lennox communication system (new furnace, AC, zoning system, and smart thermostat) and selected Air-Right out of 7 vendor proposals. I chose them due to their Lennox expertise, competitive pricing, and my desire to support a small business.

After a lot of back and forth to ensure we met the manufacturer's specifications, I unfortunately needed service after-hours due to low refrigerant levels. I called on 5/21 and left two voicemail messages. The next day, since no one had called me back, I contacted the office to find out what happened. Keep in mind, I was planning to spend nearly $20K with this company, including their 10-year labor warranty.

The receptionist, Angela (if I recall correctly), said someone should have received the message, but she scheduled me for 1 pm to address my AC issue. However, 1 pm came and went with no call from the office. When I called them again, I was told their morning install job took longer than expected, and Craig would call me later for a site visit to recharge my system. I agreed and waited for their call back.

An hour later, Craig called and informed me that their schedule was too busy to fit me in for an installation. This was despite my earlier confirmation that I wanted to proceed with their proposal and their agreement to do so. Additionally, they refused to come for the emergency service I had called about the night before.

I understand if a company decides to cancel a prior commitment, but they should have the business integrity to respond to after-hour calls from potential customers and be honest about the reason they don't want to work with someone. Giving excuses about "our schedule" is dishonest and unprofessional.

Fortunately for me, I had a slew of other options and booked Reddick and Sons for the installation job, and they visited the house for a recharge within 5 hours of my call – something Air-Right failed to do.

Warning: If you consider doing business with Air-Right, I recommend exploring other options like Reddick and Sons, HVAC Done EZ, or Woody's Sudden Service Inc. Air-Right may not respond when you need them the most.

P.S. The kicker in all of this is, after designing the system, Craig realized an error he made and asked if I could measure a place where the PVC exhaust could come out of. Maybe due to his schedule or something else, he asked if I could measure above the window and potentially the attic. I spent an hour measuring floor cavities in the basement and going into the hot attic to see if the roof flu pipe could be reconfigured to use PVC – keep in mind this is all stuff the contractor should be doing but since I wanted to expedite the process, I helped. And after that, I get this callous call about “scheduling conflicts” which really rubbed me the wrong way. Hence, I decided to share my experience for future potential customers.

We first had them install a unit Humidifier and the technicians was awesome, we also purchased a 3 year Maintenance agreement at that time. The Tech clearly communicated and also fixed a wiring issue (at no charge) for our thermostat. We definitely recommend using them!

This summer 2022 we had a system failure of our coil and chose to replace the entire HVAC system due to its age. They gave us several options and quickly installed the new system sending 5 technicians. I HIGHLY recommend this company, they have great people!

I got a great quote when I installed my new HVAC system in 2020. They installed it but since then I've had constant issues. I should have gone through someone else. I highly recommend shopping around. Even if you have to pay more.

I have been using Air-Right to service and maintain my home’s HVAC equipment for several years now. Most recently we called in for an AC repair on our 18 year old air conditioner. When I called in to book an appointment, the people in the office were very pleasant and were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Sam was the technician who came out. He quickly diagnosed the issue and offered us some fairly priced solutions upfront. We decided to have the AC repaired, and Sam worked efficiently and got our AC up and running. He was very neat and didn’t leave a big mess when he was done and now our AC is working great. We will definitely be calling Air-Right for any future AC or furnace repairs.
