Dropped my husband’s shirts off to get them cleaned. After picking them and analyzing them, on one of the shirts every button on his polo shirt were broken. It was a $1400 shirt. Had to take it to Brioni to have them replace the buttons. Dry cleaners not responsible for buttons and zippers. I will need to find another cleaner.

Do not use this business service is horrible and they don’t speak English. I use the alteration service and it was very good. However they have ruined two items that I have dropped off there with them the first was a blazer the second item which I went to pick up today was a shirt. The lady tried to tell me that they did not clean the shirt. However there was a huge stain on the back that was not there when I dropped it off. The lady did not apologize at all. She wanted me to believe that they had not cleaned the shirt which is impossible . Warning do not use this dry cleaner because they will ruin your clothing and not take any responsibility for their shotty work.

No value, no honor, and poor communication!!! I took a brand new, light gray suit only worn once in to be cleaned and pressed. I picked it up it had 10-15 spots that looked like grease or oil. I pointed out the spots and the lady said she would try to get them out. They cleaned the suit 3 times and the stains were still visible. When I said the suit was ruined, they denied any wrong doing. I told them the stains were not there when I took it in and would have been obvious on the light gray suit. They said it wasn't their fault. The exchange went back and forth for several minutes and they offered no relief for damaging my suit! Don't waste your time or money here. If you do, make sure to take pics of your clothing while turning it in because they will deny, deny, deny!

I’ve been using Expert Cleaners for a few years now and they were always FANTASTIC (great customer service, would replace damaged buttons on my shirts w/o being asked to); however, as of late Spring 2019 service has dropped significantly. Alterations (shortened the sleeves) have been so poorly done that one of my dress shirts had to be discarded, over press (or perhaps set the temperature too high) that cracks the buttons on my shirt sleeves and they repeatedly ignore my request to stop using starch on my shirts (in fact have been using heavy starch). I suppose it’s time for me to start searching for a new cleaner/tailor.

Expert Cleaners is by far the best dry cleaners in the area! Excellent customer service, superior alterations, and meticulous care given to your clothes during dry cleaning. But today, I want to publicly thank Expert Cleaners for their honesty. When I picked up my shirts, the lady behind the counter informed me that when laundering my shirts, they found $20 in a pocket. Neatly folded in a plastic bag attached to my shirts, was the $20 they had found! This establishment’s high integrity matches their dry cleaning expertise!

Stop going their because women at the front always hands me money on the counter instead of in my hand. I gave her the money in her hand so why that can't be reciprocated the same. This is called underlying racism. I'm too old and tired for this nonsense. I usually don't bother with this because everyone in the Haymarket area wants to chill and relax with family at the end of the day.

Terrible terrible experience today. I have been going to this cleaner for nearly 15 years. Owners recently changed and new staff is completely disrespectful! I was told that it is now my job to unbutton all shirts and not to bring them in again without unbuttoning. That it is my job, not theirs as it is too much work for them and that they are only there to wash. I would give them a zero stars if I could. The previous owners were fantastic to work with and when I spoke with owner she said it's their policy and there was no apology for how disrespectful the staff was to me in communicating this new policy.
