Ruben was the service technician for my appt and he was very helpful! He called me the night before my appt asking if the time he was thinking he could be here worked. I had no problem with his estimated arrival.
He was punctual and answered all my questions with no hesitation. I hardly knew he was here and my four dogs didn’t even bark once!
I appreciated his skill in keeping any noise to a minimum as it was slightly after 7am and I did not even hear his truck pull in to the driveway.
I will definitely use River City Environmental again and recommend them to friends, family and neighbors!

Mark came out to help us with an emergency plumbing situation on short notice on our brand new house, and he was absolutely wonderful. He found our problem and was extremely kind and professional. 10/10 would recommend River City and Mark to anyone whom needs help with their plumbing!

He was very informative about the process and filled me in on any details I wanted to know about. Very prompt, professional and awesome! My doggos fell in love with him and he even took the time to show them some love. ❣️
